No. Bilingual Care provides aged care and NDIS support to people from all backgrounds and communities. English is our primary language, and we also offer multilingual support where possible. If you speak English, you are very welcome at Bilingual Care. Our focus is on providing respectful, personalised care based on each person's needs, preferences, culture and way of life.

Getting started is simple. Contact our friendly team to discuss your needs, preferences and the type of support you are looking for. We will guide you through the next steps, including understanding your funding, discussing the services available to you and arranging an assessment where required. Once everything is organised, we will work with you to develop a support plan that reflects your needs, goals and preferences.
Yes. If you are receiving aged care services through another provider, you can choose to change to Bilingual Care. We can discuss your needs, services and funding arrangements and help you understand the steps involved.
No. You cannot be charged a fee simply for choosing to change your Support at Home provider. We recommend discussing the change with your current provider and confirming your end date to help avoid any interruption to your services.
Yes. Our team can help make the transition as smooth as possible. We can discuss your current services and preferences, help coordinate the changeover and work with you to arrange the support you need with Bilingual Care.
Our support workers speak English and, where available, a range of additional languages. The languages available may vary depending on our team and your location. Contact us to discuss your preferred language, and we will do our best to match you with a suitable support worker.
Yes. You can let us know your preferred language when discussing your care needs. Where possible, we will match you with a support worker who speaks your preferred language or understands your cultural preferences.
We cannot guarantee that a worker speaking a specific language will always be available, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
